Our non-ferrous project company must always pay attention to safety, pay attention to safety everywhere, and regularly ensure safety; We must raise awareness of security management, maintain a positive and cautious attitude, identify, analyze, and solve problems; We must establish the policy of "safe development, prevention first"; We must enhance the awareness of people-oriented safety management and conscientiously carry out the construction of the safety production system of the project company; We must constantly focus on safety management, strictly implement the enterprise safety production responsibility system, eliminate safety hazards, curb employees' lucky mentality, and thereby reduce accidents, making safety the top priority of all work in the non-ferrous project company. I believe that carrying out safety work should be carried out from the following points.

1、 Strengthen safety education and enhance the safety awareness of all staff

Thought is the forerunner of action. At present, some people in the project company have a vague understanding of the policy of "safety development, prevention first", and are unclear about how to handle the relationship between safety and efficiency, safety quality and speed. One sentence is that there is insufficient understanding of the necessity of strengthening safety management. Some accidents may seem accidental, but they are actually caused by the existence of unsafe factors, which will inevitably lead to accidents. To prevent accidents, the first step is to nip unsafe factors in the bud. Safety production is everyone's responsibility. To prevent safety accidents, we must adhere to the policy of "strengthening awareness, grasping ideology, and strict management", effectively carry out safety ideological education for employees, and continuously enhance their safety responsibility awareness.

We should pay attention to education and guidance for workshop employees, adhere to professional theoretical knowledge learning in daily work, consolidate the foundation of safety theory, continuously improve the safety professional quality of the workforce, and strengthen the relevant knowledge of preventing safety accidents among employees. Establish a scientific concept of safety, firmly establish the ideological foundation of the employee team, with responsibility, emotion, and mission, always adhere to "safety" as the greatest benefit and eternal theme of the workshop, firmly establish the guiding ideology of "safety development, prevention first", continuously improve safety production regulations, constantly strengthen education and publicity efforts, so that employees can fully understand the importance and urgency of safety work from the perspective of ensuring workshop safety and stability, promoting comprehensive development, and caring for their own and colleagues' safety, constantly enhance their sense of mission and responsibility, and effectively consolidate the ideological foundation of employees' attention to safety.

2、 Strengthen safety production management and implement the enterprise safety production responsibility system

Safety responsibility is more important than Mount Tai. To overcome the mentality of complacency and luck, and ensure one's own safety, in addition to internal motivation, it is also necessary to rely on rules and regulations to constrain. The safety production responsibility system, various safety operation regulations, job safety responsibility system and other rules and regulations play an irreplaceable role in eliminating the mentality of luck and timely restricting unsafe behavior of people. The safety production responsibility system is the core of the safety production system and the most basic occupational safety and health management system. Only by truly implementing the safety production responsibility system and continuously strengthening the safety awareness of all employees can we always remember the lessons learned and ensure safety production at all times.

The occurrence of any accident is the result of multiple factors working together. In terms of accidents, in addition to direct or indirect reasons such as unsafe equipment, personnel misoperation, and failure to follow operating procedures, there are also reasons for inadequate comprehensive management of workshop safety production. Therefore, as a non-ferrous project company, it is necessary to improve the safety production responsibility management system, clarify the division of labor and responsibilities of personnel, fix the principle that "safety production is everyone's responsibility" in the system, and establish a sound safety management model from top to bottom at all levels; At the same time, incorporating employee safety work into hierarchical work evaluation and performance assessment, creating a safety atmosphere where everyone is responsible for safety work. Thus enhancing the sense of responsibility and urgency of management personnel at all levels, ensuring that safety management work is carried out vertically and horizontally, with clear responsibilities and coordinated cooperation, truly implementing all aspects of safety management work.  

3、 Standardize safety production and improve safety management standards

Safety work is a refined system engineering, which requires high standards and strict requirements. We cannot turn a blind eye to safety problems and loopholes, which are commonplace. In security checks, anyone must follow relevant regulations and procedures. The inspection should go deep into the site and investigate carefully. It is not advisable to take a hasty look or turn a blind eye. Any hidden dangers found must be strictly rectified in accordance with regulations. Those who violate the rules of command, operation, and labor discipline should be dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations, and there should be no tolerance. Only by taking every accident seriously can every employee truly realize the importance of safety. Safety supervision and inspection should be monitored according to the "key operations and key occasions", and targeted safety inspections and supervision should be carried out on "key operations, key periods, key locations, and key personnel" to strengthen employees' safety awareness and solve production problems on site. Through safety inspections, various safety hazards and violations in production can be discovered in a timely manner, so that corrective measures can be formulated in a planned and targeted manner, and the responsible processes can receive profound lessons, truly achieving compliance with regulations and laws, eliminating safety accidents in a hidden state, and effectively ensuring the safety production of the project company.

As a security manager, one should actively explore and innovate in practical work. We should take into account our own characteristics and start safety work from the source. Taking the factory's safety production month as an opportunity, we should carry out special rectification of habitual violations in our work, and eliminate every safety accident in its infancy.
