'Yuezhen Silicone Wire' Leads the Wind Again

The Yuezhen Silicone Wire Wind Cable Project is on the list and won the 2014 Industry Association Science and Technology Progress Award. The strong east wind of the "Yuzhen Silicone Wire" cable has led the trend of product innovation in the cable industry. Through independent innovation, Yuezhen Technology has solved technical problems in high-temperature wire product design, new material development and selection, process route design, manufacturing technology and other special properties. Its products have reached the domestic leading level in terms of tensile resistance, torsion resistance, low temperature resistance, oil resistance, salt spray resistance, climate aging resistance, flame retardant, and some indicators have exceeded the international similar technical level. The development and improvement of silicone high-temperature resistance has achieved the domestic supply of silicone wires and cables, breaking the monopoly position of foreign technology and market, and is of great significance to the large-scale use of domestic and foreign electronic industries. The seemingly simple high-temperature silicone cable actually has a high technical content and is also very difficult. A few years ago, the performance of domestic high-temperature cables could not fully meet the requirements, mainly because of their poor resistance to twist and weather resistance, and fan manufacturers had to use imported cables." To develop better temperature-resistant silicone wires, the main technical difficulties are the formulation and processing technology of cable insulation and sheath. The insulation of the cable and the formula and processing technology of the sheath must be suitable for use requirements under special environments.   The design and manufacturing of cables must fully consider the installation and operation characteristics of the fan (such as the uncontrollability and randomness of the wind, sometimes the instantaneous change can reach more than 10m/s, and the fan load fluctuation amplitude is large as the wind speed changes).   The following aspects should be considered mainly: 1) Frequent cutting and cutting out and vibration effects, and various loads (stable, periodic, random, transient, resonant loads) that the fan is subject to during operation to meet the on-site use requirements. The cable has a service life of 20 years.   2) Ambient temperature range -40℃~50℃, working temperature range -30℃~50℃, relative humidity ≤95%, and altitude ≤2000 m.   3) The cable laying method is to place vertically in the tower, withstand the action of self-vertical gravity, and it is necessary to frequently yaw to wind (cable twist) during work.   4) The cable conductor has a long-term allowable working temperature of 85℃, and has flame retardant (Class B), oil stain resistance and chemical corrosion resistance (SHC XMP 320, T32).   5) The cable has been subject to the long-term (20 years) frequent yaw of the unit to wind torsion. During the test, the cable was forward and reversed within a range of 12 m and the speed was not less than 12r/min and repeated 8 times. Cracks were visible without eyesight.
